新勝景掌中劇團 Shinergy Puppet Show

Shinergy Puppet Show is an innovative Taiwanese glove-puppet troupe from Taichung, founded in 1996 and known for blending traditional puppetry with projection mapping and cinematic visual design. Led by the second-generation team, Shinergy brings new energy to a 300-year-old art form through dynamic choreography, contemporary narratives, and cross-disciplinary collaborations.

Their latest work, NoNameBlade, marks a breakthrough for the troupe.
It is their first production told entirely through the language of cinema, using Unreal Engine–generated environments, high-speed puppet choreography, and symbolic visual storytelling inspired by Buddhist philosophy. The film reimagines the glove puppet as a modern action hero, exploring themes of identity, desire, and inner demons through the battles of a nameless swordsman.

NoNameBlade has been selected by multiple international film festivals and praised for its unique fusion of puppetry, martial-arts aesthetics, and digital filmmaking—offering global audiences a fresh and powerful vision of Taiwanese puppet art.
